Sleek Cape Expansion

This modest 165 square foot addition to a typical 1950s Cape Cod style home included the renovation of the entire first floor. While the addition transformed a small galley kitchen into a large eat-in kitchen with island and custom cabinetry, reworking underutilized space allowed the design team to create a large mudroom and improve the flow of the entire first floor.
